Three Sheets Rum

   Three Sheets Rum is made by fermenting organic evaporated cane sugar, which is best known as raw unrefined sugar. It is fermented by our proprietary yeast strain and distilled through our custom built hybrid pot/column still. We will offer both an aged and unaged clear rum, each having their own signature flavors. By using raw sugar, we have obtained a rum of great distinction with subtle sweet flavors and no we do not add any flavoring to our rum! The aged rum spends its life in a virgin,  heavily charred American oak barrel, much like the fine Bourbons of Kentucky.
